Our mission is to prepare students for top quality high schools, colleges, and the competitive world beyond by instilling in each student a commitment to scholarship, teamwork, integrity, and other “WAYS” to success. As a volunteer, you will play a critical role in helping us fulfill this mission.

This year, we are focusing our volunteer efforts to ensure that we are strategically aligning our volunteers with opportunities that help us ultimately meet our mission. These opportunities as well as times and dates available are listed in the chart below:

Giving back to the community that supports KIPP WAYS is a great way for our scholars to learn about community service. These pictures are from our KIPP WAYS Community Service Day at the Books for Africa warehouse.
