School Leader Bio

Dwight Ho-Sang, Principal

Dwight began his teaching career as a Teach For America corps member at Dunbar Elementary School, an Atlanta Public School. He also taught at M. Agnes Jones Elementary School before joining KIPP WAYS Academy. He taught Social Studies to fifth and sixth graders, as well as 5th grade Language Arts. During his tenure with KIPP, Dwight completed the Teacher Leader and Leadership Team training programs and served as both the Lower School Dean and the Dean of Instruction. Before serving as Principal of KIPP WAYS Academy, Dwight served as School Leader of KIPP DIAMOND Academy in Memphis, TN. Dwight graduate of Williams College in Williamstown, MA.
